Return Policy

Shops on Ruby Plaza may determine their own Return Policy; therefore return policies will vary by shop. Before purchasing an item buyers are strongly advised to be sure to read and understand the shop's Return Policy, which can be found in their "Terms of Sale" section. Ruby Plaza does not intervene in the event of a transaction complaint.

To ensure for a pleasant buying experience as well as for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner when an item is to be returned, we recommend the following steps for both buyers and shops:

• That the item be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise), in its original packaging, insured (if available) for its purchased price, and should be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to the buyer with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.
• That the buyer returning the item use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
• Standard practice is for the buyer to pay for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.

If a refund is applicable, for protection of both the shop owner and buyer, when making a refund via personal check or money order to a buyer, we recommend that the shop owner send the refund to the buyer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified.
