Vintage Old Silver Solje Bunad Pin Signed With C Clasp

This pin has a mystery Hallmark as shown in the photograph. I looked for the Hallmark online but could not find the maker. If you know who and when it was produced, please let me know. The pin stem is original but is crimpled. The metal appears to be Silver as it has some tarnish on it. It is a solid stamping and not plated.

My initial training as a Jeweler was in Silversmithing. I have made hundreds of pieces in various combinations of silver fineness. My hands on experience tells me that this piece is Silver with some copper alloy. Acid testing can irreparably damage a piece of this vintage so I am relying on my experience with working in silver. It is hallmarked and therefore traceable. This may also be a Celtic piece.

The piece is definitely old - possibly from the Victorian era - as it has a C Clasp and a tube hinge. It measures about 1-3/4" by 2-3/8" long. Very Good Condition!
