Vintage Universal & Sweet Charity Publicity Booklets

The first of these paperback booklets is the promotional publication for the colorful musical Sweet Charity which starred Shirley MacLaine, Ricardo Montalban and Sammy Davis, Jr. and was brought to the big screen by Universal City Studios. It is filled with many photographs from the movie plus information about the story, the stars, and the making of the hit. It has a copyright date of 1969 and measures about 8 1/4" by 11 3/16". It is in nice condition with minimal wear.

The second is called Inside Universal Studios and was probably purchased as a souvenir when you visited the Universal lot in 1968 which is when the was copyrighted. It is full of color photographs and history of the Universal Studios citing many of their accomplishments. The center has a double foldout with an overview of the extensive lot. It measures about 8 3/8" by 10 3/4".
