Vintage Blue Ridge Crab Apple Bowl

I believe this is an old plate from Southern Potteries, Inc of Erwin, Tennessee. This appears to be the Blue Ridge Colonial line of dinnerware in the popular Crab Apple pattern from the 1940's. The edge is enhanced with the brushed red accent. It was probably used a sandwich plate. It is not marked but was purchased with a bowl of the same design that was marked on the back with the script mark; Blue Ridge - Hand Painted - Underglaze - Southern Potteries, Inc. - Made in U.S.A..

It measures about 6 ¼” in diameter and is in good condition with minor scuff wear on the front. On the back there are a few small stains but it has no chips, cracks or other damage.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
