Vintage Frankoma Bicentennial Liberty Bell Trivet

This old trivet was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma. In the center of the front is the Liberty Bell. Around the edge it reads; America's Symbol of Freedom - Let It Ring - 1776 - 1976. I believe this is their Desert Gold color, a creamy golden yellow glaze with the red Sapulpa clay showing through. On the back is a brief history of the Liberty Bell, the Frankoma name and the design number LB-TR. This was actually made before the bicentennial with production dates from 1973 to 1976.

It measures about 6 1/4" in diameter and is in very good condition showing almost no wear.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
