Mexican Pottery - Bird Figure with Colorful Gloss Glaze
This piece of pottery was probably made in Mexico, decorated in the fashion that Tonala pieces are recognized for. It looks somewhat like a dove and has a nice blue and green floral design on its back with a glossy glaze except for the bottom which is unglazed. It is not marked.

It measures about 7 1/4” in beak to tail and 1 1/4” high. It is in very nice condition with minimal wear and no damage.
