Little Pottery Oil Lamp or Vase with Floral Design

This small pottery piece was probably made in Mexico. The exterior has a sand texture with a glossy blue flower on one side. It appears that the inside is glazed so it could have been used with a bead and wick for a miniature oil lamp or as is for a vase. On the back side it appears to have a signature but I am unable to make it out. There are no marks on the bottom.

It only measures about 2 7/8” tall and is in very good condition with no damage.
