Vintage Booklet on Better Eggs
This is an old booklet called Better Eggs by Noel L. Bennion from the Cooperative Extension Service - Oregon State University, Corvallis. This is was reprinted in 1962 with the original print date being in 1914. It covers poultry breeding for better egg quality, the feeding and management of egg quality and the effects of proper storage of eggs. The center fold of the 15 page booklet is a color chart of the United States Standards for Quality of Individual Shell Eggs. which was revised in 1955.

It measures about 6" by 9" and is in nice condition with light wear to the edges and corners.
