Vintage Headband Style Hat with Short Veil

This sweet little headband has a short netted veil that looks like it is adorned with tufts of mink but actually they appear to be tiny rounds of pipe cleaner. The chenille covered frame has plenty of flex to snug to ones head. It is an off white buff or champagne colored.

The opening measures about 6” across and is in nice condition with gentle wear. The veil is wrinkled and would probably steam out after shipping.
