Victoria Rose Doll by Mary Benner Bru Jne 15 Be'be's 101/150 MIB Limited Edition 30 inches tall

She's a limited edition, rare and sold out doll; only 150 were made worldwide. She is approximately 30 inches tall without her hat. Her Pale porcelain has been hand painted by skillful artisans to capture the essence of the doll made in 1870. Victoria Rose has a leatherette body, similar to the old 1800's Bru bodies and she can be place in a sitting position as well as a standing position.

Her period costume is gorgeous mauve rose colored 100% dupioni silk with an overlay of fine embroidery lace netting in a tea stain. There's embellishment of Venice lace, rosettes, ribbons and beads; there are pearls hanging down the front of her dress. She also wears a slip, can-can and bloomers. The matching hat is topped with ostrich feather and a rhinestone brooch. To keep her highly collectible, she has been made in the le of 150 and "Victoria Rose" is marked on the back of her neck with Mary Benner's signature and she's hand numbered. The shoulder plate is personally signed and dated by Mary Benner. She has a little cone shaped purse that carries a tiny brown bear and bisque doll.

Her high quality wig is honey blonde in long sausage curls and held in place by a hair net. She has beautiful eyes of solid glass paperweight in blue. She stands on the tapestry doll stand (see photo).

She comes in her original box and also original shipping box. She has her certificate of authenticity numbered 101/150. She also has her hang tag. This doll is absolutely gorgeous and she'll be the most beautiful in your collection!
