This is a wonderful vintage pattern from 1930's to 1940's. It was ordered from the Arizona Republic Newspaper, the Household Arts Department in Phoenix, ARIZ. The postmark is from San Francisco, Calif. The postage on the envelope has one Cent on it. This pattern is by Alice Brooks. It is pattern No. 7076 and is a Black Boy & Girl and a Dog. It contains the original newspaper order sheet describing the pattern. The pattern is 1 sheet of paper with the transfer pattern, material requirements, cutting directions, sewing directions and instructions for making the hair. The pattern is in mint condition but does show some slight discoloring. This is a really adorable pattern for the black memorabilia collector or vintage pattern collector. Happy shopping.
