Wedgwood Sage Green Box With Cupids / Angels & Neo-Classical Figures
Nice size measuring 4" by 3 3/8". The base is 1" high and with the lid it is 1 3/4" high. Perfect to put your favorite jewels in and a beautiful box to put in the entry way, by a sink, or in a bedroom. Nice accent box that is lovely enough to display in any room.
Darling winged cupids or angels on the lid and front of the box. Each side of the box has a different scene. The lid has a dome shape and the entire piece has clipped corners. It is in excellent condition and is marked with the Wedgwood Made in England mark along with impressed numbers, the mark 69 for the year 1969. The box bottom picture was taken with a bright light shining on it so it looks lighter in color then what it actually is.
