The first 80+ pages teach skills ranging from the basic to the intricate, all of which help the reader become the cook they have always wanted to be. Along with the skills taught, the book also walks the reader through the ins and outs of eating and cooking healthy, tailoring these things to the individual and their goals for being healthier.
In addition to the recipes, the book includes numerous tables showing cook times for various ingredients and methods of cooking, ingredient equivalents and substitutions plus serving size suggestions. This book contains 598 pages and is in near perfect condition with hardly any sign of wear and no signs of markings on the pages.
Listing this item may be detrimental to my chances of selling any additional cookbooks to the buyer...but not sharing this gem would be a shame.
