I always attributed these baskets to the Glass Artists of Poland and finally I have found one with an original label indicating that it was, indeed, produced in Poland. I'm a great lover of the Polish art glass that has been produced in the last 10-20 years and I feel that it will some day be the next great collectible.

I am pleased to offer you this stunning cased art glass basket which is crystal and blue melding together. The basket is made of thick and heavy glass with a lobed foot and scalloped ruffles around the rim. The two sides are pulled up and meet in the center to provide the handle.

This piece would make an excellent accent in your home. It measures 9" tall and 10" long. In excellent condition it has no chips, nicks or cracks and shows no signs of wear from age.
