Vintage Mr Rooter Rubber Doll Figure

He is 4 7/8 inches tall and 4 3/4 across his outstretched hands. He is in good used condition. He could use a good gentle cleaning, there is some yellowing on the white part of his uniform. There is also little wear to the paint under his left armpit and on this left hand. Back right thigh is marked China.
