Large "Mask with Chains" Pin - Ornate and Stylish

This is a wonderful pin (brooch) that is very detailed, and would be truly eye-catching when worn. It reminds me of a Mardi Gras mask, or one that might have been worn during the era of masquerade balls in the early 1900's.

It is made of silvertone metal - the mask section is 3½" by 2". The chains hang down another 2½", giving you a 6" piece. It is in excellent condition. It has no marks or logos that I can read - so I'm not sure of its origin.
