Vintage Kitchenware Cheese Slicer Red Bakelite and Stainless 1930s
Wow your guests and slice your cheese in style with this bright red bakelite and stainless steel cheese slicer made by the C.J. Schneider Mfg. Co. of Toledo, Ohio., circa 1930s.
It is stainless steel with a red marbled bakelite handle, measures 7 1/4 inches by 3 1/4 inches, and is marked with the manufacturer’s name and Pat. 1,961,172, dating it to about 1934.
Condition is excellent. Authentic bakelite handle is perfect, with a glossy unmarred finish. Stainless steel is damage free, as well, and shines beautifully.
