Vintage Price of a Call Emergency Dime Mechanical Charm
With its 1967 Roosevelt dime securely seated in the front and "If ever in trouble, Here's the price of a call" written on the back, this charm was designed for emergencies before the days of cell phones when everybody carried spare change for the phone booth. Yes, I do remember being able to make a call for a mere dime!
This charm comes from my smoke free shop ruled by one boxer dog who forbids cats.
Gender: Female, Age Group: Adult, Color: Silver, Size: S
The charm is about 3/4" in diameter with no damage but I have not figured out how to extricate the dime. The spring plate inside the charm is fully functional and the back is signed Wells Sterling. This would be a fun addition to a vintage charm bracelet.
