Vintage Dangle Earrings Pearl Beads MOP Daisy Flower Aurora Borealis Rhinestones

What a find! The vintage gold tone screw back earrings have simulated pearl bead fronts, from which a delightful metal dangle drop hangs, resplendent with a mother of pearl daisy flower, centered by an aurora borealis rhinestone chaton. The dangle opens into five variable length ring tipped rods, each with a dangling round pearl bead attached. I am not sure whether the daisy is made from real mother of pearl or simulated, but it looks like MOP. An almost identical pair of earrings, in jade green, are referenced in "Unsigned Beauties of Costume Jewelry" by Marcia Sparkles Brown p 237

The earrings hang over 2 inches from the lobe, and flare to about 1 inch at their bottoms. The irregular shaped flowers are about an inch in diameter. Overall excellent vintage condition, with some goldtone loss to the metal, mild wear to the pearled beads, bright sparkling aurora borealis stones.
