Vintage Argyle Cardigan and Top Twinset Turquoise White Navy Blue

A vintage twin set that has a round neck Argyle cardigan plus a sleeveless pullover plain knit top.

The turquoise, white and navy blue Argyle pattern creates a very soothing appearance, and the set is softly textured, with the front being 100% cotton, while the sleeves and back are a blend of 92% cotton, 6% nylon and 2% spandex.

The set is a small to fit 32 inch bust size, and the sleeves are 3/4 length, popular in the fifties and early sixties.

Cardigan sleeves are 12 1/2 inches underarm to cuff, 17 1/4 upper length, and 2 1/2 inch fine ribbed cuff, 8 inch wide top

The cardigan length is 22 inches in the front and 24 inches center back

It has 7 turquoise buttons, a round 3/4 inch ribbed neck and 4 1/2 inch ribbed bottom

The short sleeved top is 16 inches underarm bust width, 21 1/2 inches center front length and 22 inches center back length.

Care and fabric label are stitched into the side, but no maker label. Very nicely made and in vintage excellent condition.
