Vintage Trinket Box Blue Jasperware White Cameo Grecian Ladies

A pretty blue jasperware trinket box that has a lid with a white bas relief cameo of two Grecian style ladies. One holds a filled cornucopia in one arm and the other arm stretched out to touch the garland with ribbons being held up by the second woman.

The square bisque porcelain box lid also has a beaded border and a floral decorated rim. The base is adorned with cream bas-relief decorations in fancy scrollwork and curlicues.

Measuring 4 1/2 inches square x 3 inches tall with both the jar and its lid in excellent condition. The base is stamped Japan and the box is vintage 1950s-60s.
