Vintage China Casserole Deep Tureen Dish Shabby Chic White Pink Roses

This covered vintage casserole or soup tureen is from my own collection and only ever used for display. The Fleur De Lis trademark is stamped in black on the bottom with La Rochelle RSA Melody Fine China and DishWasher Proof.

The white china background contrasts beautifully with the "Shabby Chic" style sprigs of pink roses, white daisies and green leaves that encircle the lid, as well as the front and back of the handled dish. There is also decoration of raised white foliage curlicues and beading and green trim on the dish, and the two handles have a sculpted panel. The finial of the lid is a sculpted white rose bud.

Dimensions are 8 inches rim and 8 1/2 inches base diameter, 6 inches total height, with 3 3/4 inches tall dish, 1 1/4 inch lid height and rose finial rising 1 1/2 inches. The handles extend 1 inch on each side.
