Federal Depression Glass Candlesticks Wigwam Windmill Crystal Art Deco

A pair of Federal Glass double candlesticks or candelabra made during the Depression Years 1936-1939 in the pattern number 2826, also known as Wigwam or Windmill. Each candlestick stands 4.5 inches tall by 4.25 base diameter, and has two candle holders that are 1.5 inches tall by 1.75 rim diameter, 1 inch opening diameter. The candle holders are perched atop two curved arms that extend from the circular base. The pressed pattern has a mixture of horizontal and vertical ridges, steps and a petal or leaf blade ray center. There is a knob like finial between the two arms. The overall design is a Machine Age geometric pattern, popular during the Art Deco era. Condition is excellent!
