Vintage Leather Handbag Florence Italy Designer Purse Adrian Auburn Gold Tone Convertible

This leather vintage handbag has a rich Mayan chocolate or auburn color, perfect for fall fashions. The bag is stamped in gold HIGH FASHION with the Adrian's designer signature and then FLORENCE ITALY. The leather is so soft and smooth!

This versatile purse hangs comfortably with shoulder strap or can be converted to a shorter carry strap handle. The bag is accented by a chunky curb link gold tone chain in front, at the opening of a brown fabric lined side pouch, that has belt buckle ends. Similar metal belted buckles are attached to each side top of the handbag leading to semi-circle hoops, onto which the leather strap attaches. The bright gold tone metal contrasts beautifully with the autumn leaf reddish brown of the leather.

The interior is wonderfully organized into five compartments, with three dark brown leather lined ones in the center that concertina close, and have a sturdy brass zipper closure, with leather tag grip. The other two compartments are fabric lined.

The bag dimensions are 12 x 8 1/2 inches and condition is clean and excellent. One of the gold studs that convert the strap is missing but this does not alter the ability to attach the strap and is not noticeable unless one is looking for it specifically. Because of the way the interior concertinas, the handbag is nicely flat when being carried, while revealing the room inside when opened.
