Vintage Jacket Bomber Black Velveteen Cotton La Costa Spa Eighties

A nice black velvet bomber jacket from the famed La Costa Spa boutique in Carlsbad California c 1980s vintage. The fabric is 100% cotton velveteen, made in the USA. Size large.

The stylish jacket has the padded shoulders, with the pads attached by velcro, so easily removed. There are two breast pockets, which have ornate brass button flap closures, with the cuffs and front of the jacket closing with similar buttons. The bottom sides have two buttons and an adjustable buttonhole to tighten the fit if desired. Very nicely tailored, with overstitched seems, and in excellent condition.

Breast underarm = 22 inches across

Length back 24 inches, front 22 inches

Sleeve length underarm 16 inches, from shoulder 22 inches
