Amazing book for Martha fans and for anyone who wants "more help around the house".

Book is USED in Good condition with original Mylar dust jacket. An Estate item, the book has a few "issues" and is priced accordingly. There is a crack in the interior back cover binding (shown in picture 2) which looks as though the paper has separated. The rest of the binding is intact and in good condition, the "cracked area" may be more of an issue as you use the book over and over. The front cover is not effected. This is a big book!

There appears to be spots of light water damage along top edges of front and back leaf pages. The damage does not seem to effect the pages beneath the leaf pages and all other pages throughout the book (front to back) are clean and crisp. There are corner bumps on the hard-boards and some wrinkling of the Mylar cover along the bottom edge.
