Avon's Special Edition Plates "... LIBERTY BELL..." & "...INDEPENDENCE HALL..." Commemorating the 200th Birthday of the USA

What beautiful Enoch Wedgewood plates commemorating the Bicentennial Celebration of our GREAT COUNTRY ~ the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ~ where we stood and fought for our freedom to be one nation under God.

These special edition commemorative plates of Avon's rendition of the Independence Hall and Liberty Bell were designed and awarded exclusively to Avon Representatives for Distinguished Sales Achievement in 1976.

On the back of each plate is the following inscription written in blue:

These were owned and stored in the home of a long time Avon Rep in her 90s who could no longer work with her loved Avon products at home. They are both new, in their original boxes, and in excellent mint condition. The boxes show a little aging but the plates are perfectly preserved. Each plate measures 7 3/4". Being the "old" new, there are no chips, cracks, discoloration or crazing. Please look closely at the enlarged pictures to enjoy the exquisite quality Avon demonstrates in these two plates commemorating two very important times in our American History.
