Copper Color Sash or Coat Pin Turquoise Glass Stones

Antique large sash pin, soft copper colored metal with turquoise blue colored glass pointed cabochons. The pin originally had a gold wash to it, but this has worn or been polished away everywhere but deep in the design nooks, and is a beautifully coppery color. Sash pins make excellent coat pins, as they are not only large scale, but were meant to go through thick layers of skirt, bodice, and ash, to hold thme together - heavy coat materials are no challenege to a sash pin. Measures a big 3 ¼” x 2 ¼”. Excellent condition. Note: insurance for this item can be declined at the time of purchase order, if preferred.
