Lovely Sterling Vintage Carved Nautical Tall Ship Scrimshaw Ring Size 6.5

Ohhh this is so interesting! It's a vintage carved scrimshaw (this is NOT plastic ) ring designed with a tall rigged ship out to sea set in a marked STERLING twisted rope border mount. Signed twice as shown. The ring is a size 6.5 and in fine overall condition. Sorry I'm not sure of the age. Could use a light cleaning on the back of band but I am selling just as found from a local estate. Front measures 12/16" high x 1/2" wide including the frame.
