Rhinestone Golden Male Ballet Dancer Brooch

This figural gold-tone ballet dancer brooch measures 1 3/4" in height. It is in very good condition with no missing stones. It is not marked by the maker. Clear rhinestones adorn the front of his costume with one larger emerald green rhinestone in the center. He has a black spot on the right side of his head. Originally we though this was wear to the plating until we found him on pg. 25 of Rhinestone Jewelry, Figurals, Animals and Whimsicals with the same black spot. It must have been intended to depict hair or maybe a cap. He appears to be awaiting his female dance partner.
