Sterling Silver and Amethyst Earrings with Sterling Silver Overlay.

Offered for sale: Oval bezel set amethyst in Sterling Silver setting with japanned background and silver overlay decoration. These earrings measure 7/8 of an inch by 5/8 of an inch. Oval amethyst 1/4 of an inch by 1/8 of an inch is bezel set in the oval top section of the earrings. Fitting around the oval part of the earring is truncated triangular shape( point down). Whole surface of the silver portion of the earring has japanned background with silver overlay designs. The earrings are for pierced ears. Even though they do not show in the pictures, the earrings with come with Sterling Silver clutch backs. The earrings are marked '925' on the back.
