Scheurich Lava Vase-203-26 - West Germany

They call this fat lava, but there's nothing 'fat' about this remarkable streamlined butterscotch, brown and white volcanic glazed vase. West German pottery is extremely collectible with its distinctive patterns, textures and shapes and Scheurich is one of the most sought after manufacturers today.

The vase measures 10 1/2" and has no chips, cracks or repairs, though there is crazing. The number 203-26 and W. Germany is incised on the bottom.
