Imitz Vintage Cherry Evening Bag Purse with Original Tag.

The soft cherry fabric of the evening bag is oversewn with red silky thread in an abstract pattern with rows of medallions in gold metallic thread and light and dark brown silky thread. The lining is cherry poly silk or acetate. The bag measures 10" wide by 5" long with a 28" long goldtone chain handle and brass YKK zip.

The Imitz tag is marked on the back with what looks like the price of 89.740 and 30/60 (number 30 of 60), colour Cherry, and description of materials used.

The Imitz brand was started in Denmark by Inger Bekker in 1985 and has grown into one of the established fashion designer brands.

This beautiful designer evening bag is in excellent unused condition.
