Vintage Chinese Carved Carnelian Leaf Necklace

Lovely lightweight necklace featuring a hand-carved leaf of carnelian strung on a simple cord with carnelian and wooden beads. I bought this myself in Hong Kong at a shop that sold only products made in mainland China, 24 years ago. The necklace length can be short or long by adjusting the ends of the cord passing through a single bead at the top. Simple and elegant!
