Condition-near excellent vintage. There are 3 marks on the fabric where the dress ends and the tie on the right side starts. Other than that it seems almost unworn.

Sizing: Please note: When I measure any clothing items, they are laid flat, so the measurements are of the garment, NOT a person. In order to be fairly certain that the item of your choice will fit, I suggest that you do the same. Take an item from your wardrobe one you feel very comfortable wearing, lay it flat, take the measurements compare them to the sizing in the description. Always leave an inch or two for comfort.

I VERY RARELY EVER WASH THEM AND NEVER REPAIR ANY OF THEM AND THEY COME TO YOU JUST AS I FIND THEM. I LEAVE CLEANING OR WASHING TO THE NEW OWNERS. ALSO PLEASE NOTE that I have absolutely no control over the mail service. Once it’s delivered to them it’s their responsibility. I will always try to mail the cheapest method but, with that, there is no insurance or tracking number. If you require those services the postage will be higher.
