Symmetalic 14 KT Gold Sterling Pearl Brooch Pin
Approximately 3" long 1 1/2" wide.
In the center is a pearl, which may be faux, or may be cultured. I am not sure, but Symmetalic was known for using fine quality gemstones in their jewelery.
Signed on the back "Symmetalic Sterling + 14K"
Excellent condition. Very Lovely design. There is little if any no wear, no missing pieces. Very pretty.
Symmetalic is the registered trademark of the W. E. Richards Company. The company was founded in the early 1900's in Attleboro, Massachusetts, and is still in business today. W. E. Richards was the manufacturer of gold and silver jewelry, with an Edwardian and Art Deco influence. The Symmetalic trademark was first used in 1936. Most Symmetalic jewelry is made of sterling silver, however, many items were coated with 14kt gold, (Vermeil). This company was known to use top quality stones.
Symmetalic is no longer produced, is hard to find and highly collectible.
