A quote from the factory speaks to their high level of quality and pride of workmanship: "Though the porcelain production process becomes more and more mechanized, it nevertheless remains a long and still complex process."
This demi tasse set was made in that factory. The cup which stands 2 1/4" tall has an elegant woman in the costume of a Pierrette. The saucer in matching creamy white is 5" in diameter.
Both pieces are in excellent condition. The porcelain shines with no signs of use.
