DOBBS Black Plastic Advertising Top Hat

Back in the day when men wore hats they made wonderful gifts. But not knowing the size to get one would go to the haberdashery and get a "gift certificate". However instead of a piece of paper they were given a top hat to present to the recipient who would then bring it into the store, get his fitting and, when ready, his hat. In this case a Dobbs hat, one of the finest.

This black plastic top hat has the DOBBS lettering raised in a gold color inside. It measures 2" tall x 3 3/4" x 2 7/8". The condition is very good.
