Vintage Johnson Brothers Pottery Sauceboat 1930s
A very prettily decorated and finely made pottery sauce boat with integral stand by Johnson Brothers Staffordshire England. There is an impressed registered number for the shape 764775 for 1931 indicating the sauceboat dates to the early 1930s.
The sauceboat is in good condition. There are no chips, cracks or restoration. There is some crazing to the glaze, making the sauceboat more suitable for display than for actual use.
The sauceboat is 8.8 inches long over the stand 5.9 inches wide and 4 inches high.
