Vintage Metal Mesh Whiting & Davis Bag with Coin Purse

A vintage Whiting mesh bag with the original matching coin purse. The bag is in an off-white or light cream with a lovely apricot coloring lining. The accompanying coin purse is in the same fabric. A nice "little" extra, the coin purse fits into one of the two pockets inside the purse. The strap is metal mesh also. Nice little bag for traveling since it packs flat.

Marked for Whiting and Davis, Mid 20th Century

Measurements; 9" wide X 6" long, strap adds 6" more to length

Condition report; very good, no missing or broken mesh pieces, minor soiling of inside fabric and top of coin purse, gold tone metal in very good condition with some wear on top clasp.
