Tortoise Shell Sweetheart Pin

This has love token written all over. I wish it was signed, but these pieces never were. This Victorian pin is very fine with it's two carved hearts with a arrow. The stem is a very fine silver wire and so is the C clasp. This measures 2 7/8" inches by 1 1/8" inches. They are so delicate and it has surface scratches (which are very hard to see I used a loupe) and for it's age it looks pretty good. A lot of these delicate pieces never survive. This is the first heart pin I have seen. I have seen the thick necklaces and bracelets (which I have one of each).
