Offering six vintage Champagne flutes flashed in cranberry and hand cut and etched to clear. There is some slight wear to the flashing as shown in one of the pictures. The diameter at the top is about 2 1/2", the glasses are about 7 1/2" tall, and the round base is about 2 5/8" in diameter. From out of an estate, this large 11 1/2" plate or platter was most likely made by Southern Potteries or Blue Ridge. It has a pink, gray and navy blue floral or leaf and berry design against a cream colored background with a ridged or gadrooned border. This is unmarked, and I don't know the name of the pattern. It is in very good vintage condition, showing minor wear consistent with age and a yellowed area from old tape or a label on the back side.

This is an invitation to attend a fund raiser with Eisenhower and Nixon. It had never been sent or used. I don't think it was ever folded. If you look at the picture of the outside on the left you can see the outline of Richard M. Nixon. The photos of both of the gentlemen are very crisp black and white. Very nice Frankoma mug marked 1976 on one side and Dem on the other. No chips or cracks. The mug is about 4" tall and about 6" wide from the tail to the nose. It weighs about 12 ounces. It is in their red glaze color and is the darker clay. It is signed on the bottom, Frankoma, U.S. Pat. D605-739. I guess this mug is all ready 35 years old! Great Democratic party collectible.

Offering a wonderful old book with lots of graphics. It is by Doris Fogler and Nina Nicol. Doris Fogler is also the illustrator. It does have some wear here and there and two pages have small tears at the bottom of the pages. I tried to photograph all the wear and some water stains. The book is about 106 pages and contains alot of really neat illustrations. It is very readable and in good condition for a 1939 children's book.

This rare set is marked Japan on the bottom and 12/244. Only 244 of these were made. The salt and pepper shakers are about 4" tall, and the covered sugar is about 3" tall and about 4' square. The sugar has rose on the lid but I don't know what you would call the design on these. Maybe cucumber. There are no chips or cracks but they do have a fair amount of crazing as pictured.

These two bottles are about 6" tall to the top of the stopper and about 2" by 2" square. They are unmarked and were sold as perfume bottles but I would think they are condiment bottles. The stoppers are glass and cork. One cork has been replaced. These are very heavy bottles weighing over a pound each. I believe these are jumping gazelles salt and pepper shakers. They are hand painted and still bear their original foil sticker which reads "THAMES, Hand Painted, Made in Japan".
