For the Hummel collector, here's the gorgeous porcelain plate with bas relief design of "Stormy Weather.' The plate was issued in 1975 as the first edition of the Anniversary plates. It is hand painted and measures 10.5" in diameter. The condition is excellent, except for one tiny area on the back by the rim where there is a fine light crack which is very difficult to see, feel or even find when you are searching for it.
