What a gorgeous creamer and sugar set! I have not been able to locate the maker or pattern name but this gold encrusted set is obviously from the early 1900's. This type of dinnerware was produced by numerous companies including Pickard, Limoges, Stouffer, etc. The porcelain inside appears very fine as that on several other pieces of gold encrusted items I have listed.
