This fabulous antique yellowware bowl, ca. 1886, is a deep cinnamon pumpkin color and has a pressed design of concave flutes between panels, with a scalloped border above. It is attributed to C.C. Thompson & Co. and is shown in a catalog image in the book "Nineteenth & Twentieth Century Yellow Ware" by John Gallo. Catalog refers to it as cane colored ware and called it a pressed lipped bowl.
