We are offering these fabulous and unusual faux tortoise plastic plate holders, that work equally well for a small piece of artwork or small framed photograph. They date circa 1940s to 1950, and are beautifully transparent, with an abundance of striations within. Each measures 3 7/8 inches across, 2 1/4 inches high and 3 7/8 inches front to back.
