This lovely double figure music box is a Josef Original, made in Japan circa 1960s- 70s, and plays the song Stranger in Paradise. It features a young lady and gentleman in Costume Ball attire, she with her black face mask and he with a feather plume hat. Measurements are 4 3/4 inches across and 5 3/4 inches high. Condition is very good, with no chips or cracks. The only fault: a few small areas of loss to the red paint on his hat and jacket. Music plays nicely all the way through.
