This vintage early 1900s faceted and beveled glass inkwell has a mushroom style faceted cover held in place with a brass hinged collar. Base is square in shape, with beveled shoulders and a polished bottom. Measurements are 2 1/4 inches high and 1 5/8 inches wide. Hinge works perfectly and two brass collars close together nicely. Brass retains the old finish and patina and has not been cleaned or polished. Glass is crystal clear, with sparkling clarity, and no stains or detractions.
