How does one describe this? Cutout part is unglazed while the regular surface is glazed a modern 1950's-60's turquoise. I have no idea who made this, may be a studio piece, or maybe something great? It stands 5" tall, and is in excellent condition, except for a chip on the base (see last photo).

Shown in Heacock's Fenton The Second 25 years book, in Periwinkle Blue. They did a color called Chinese yellow in the same time period. 6" tall. Excellent condition. This might be considered opaline glass too. First photo shows this under a black light. Second photo shows it in natural light.
