My handmade items are made to represent beauty and perfection.

My antique, vintage and collectible items will offer their history, if available. Any flaws will be described and noted in the photos for your viewing.

Communication is a key element to a pleasant and satisfying transaction.

After purchasing an item and receipt of payment, I will notify you of shipment and any other necessary information.

About Us
Autumn Daz was opened in March 2011 and became my newest shop, a sister shop of my Ruby Lane shop at http://www.rubylane.com/shop/autumndaz.

Shipping and Handling Terms and Charges

Ruby Lane and Ruby Plaza has a site-wide policy that all items be insured. In our fragile economic times, I will offer insurance on your items for you. Due to increasing costs of packing materials, we have had to include a small handling fee in some cases. However most times you will not notice any increase in cost to you.

We use USPS for shipping and ship mostly by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation but offer First Class.

We do combine on shipping, when possible. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

We make every attempt to ship within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment (unless paying with an e-check or personal check, as these require additional time for the funds to clear -- from 10 - 14 days). You will receive an email with information, notifying you of when your item(s) were shipped.
